Nonna brought with her from Italy all the authentic Italian recipes full of flavors, and made with fresh seasonal ingredients. She would spend all day in the kitchen and took great pleasure in making home-made breads, pastas, sauces and other Italian specialties for her family.
The tradition of fine cooking was passed from Nonna to her children, and that tradition continues to this day here in our kitchen at Nonna’s Cucina Italiana.
